Visitation Policy for King Street Rehab

Pandemic Emergency Plan

Dear Residents and families:

We continue to follow all CDC and NYS departments of health protocols for continued surveillance testing our residents and staff. We want to inform you that today, January 11, 2022, all residents were tested and are NEGATIVE.

Please note our new rules for Nursing Home visitation.

  • All visitors must wear "Surgical" type masks starting tomorrow, Wednesday, January 12, 2022.
  • FACE MASKS ARE MANDATORY AT ALL TIMES.
  • Present upon entry proof of a COVID-19 Negative test taken within 24 hours of visit.

For Home tests: take a picture of the test kit, write your name and date of testing. The proof is mandatory to enter the facility for visitation. Please see the example below.

IF ANY VISITOR FAILS TO ADHERE TO THESE GUIDELINES, THEY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO VISIT AND WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
